Dave Shewring


Divisional Lead


Dave has worked in specialist laboratory relocation, life sciences project management, logistics and sales since 2011. In 2020, he established Harrow Green’s Life Sciences division, building it from the ground up into a market-leading service across the UK and Europe. Dave leads the division’s strategic growth, major tender activity and continued development of specialist laboratory, biobanking and life sciences logistics services.

Daniel Collins


Head of Operations


Dan brings more than 20 years’ experience in operations, compliance and specialist logistics. As Harrow Green’s strategic operational lead for Life Sciences across the UK, he works with the company’s nine depots to deliver consistent standards, training and service excellence. Dan also supported one of the largest laboratory relocation projects undertaken in the UK for a major pharmaceutical client.

Sean Leslie


Sales Manager – Lab Relo


Sean has been with Harrow Green for over four years and has supported a significant number of national and international laboratory relocations for pharmaceutical, biotech and university clients. As National Sales Manager for Lab Relocations, he develops tailored quotations and tender responses, working closely with clients to understand project requirements and shape safe, compliant and practical relocation solutions for complex laboratory moves.

Emily Morris


Sales Manager – Bio Services


Emily joined Harrow Green over a year ago, bringing a background in life sciences recruitment and a strong understanding of laboratory teams, their priorities and operational pressures. Now leading sales for Bio Services, she works with universities, research institutes, biotech companies and healthcare organisations to develop sample storage, biobanking and disaster recovery solutions that protect critical research materials and support scientific continuity.

Paul Owens


Sales Manager – S&D


Paul has been with Harrow Green for over five years, starting in customer services before moving into his current sales and account management role. He supports OEMs, resellers and laboratory clients with the storage, delivery and installation of specialist lab equipment across the UK and Ireland, from large bulky assets to high-value instruments including microscopes, mass spectrometers and liquid handling robots.

Katherine Rowse


Senior Project Manager


Katherine has more than 10 years’ project experience, including four years with Harrow Green, and is also a qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser. She specialises in client and stakeholder coordination, technical decommissioning and recommissioning management, OEM and third-party supplier engagement, and data-led move planning. Katherine has supported major pharmaceutical and Russell Group university projects, helping protect continuity across complex laboratory relocations.

Richard Lancaster


Project Manager


Richard has more than three years’ experience with Harrow Green, planning and coordinating laboratory relocation projects across the UK and Europe. He supports complex move programmes involving clients, operational teams, Harrow Green crews and third-party contractors. Richard’s strengths include onsite relocation coordination, detailed planning and supplier management, helping ensure specialist laboratory moves are delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Shaun Theobald


Lead Delivery Manager


Shaun has 45 years’ experience in removals, including 15 years specialising in life sciences. He has overseen a significant number of national and international laboratory relocations for pharmaceutical, biotech and university clients, including one of the largest UK laboratory moves for a major pharmaceutical organisation. Shaun also supports training in specialist laboratory handling, helping maintain high standards across complex lab environments.

Lewis Emberton


DGSA Advisor


Lewis has 10 years’ industry experience, including more than three years with Harrow Green, and is a qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser. He supports the safe, compliant relocation of dangerous goods for laboratories, universities, hospitals and research organisations. Lewis provides guidance on transport planning, regulatory compliance and risk management, and designs and delivers dangerous goods training to maintain high standards across the team.
